NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide persons withthe experience of conducting real estate appraisals prior to July 1, 1991, an opportunity to continue conducting an intermediate level of real estate appraisals without being required to qualify to take and pass the appraisers' examination. The purpose of requiring the experience to be between July 1, 1987 and July 1, 1991, is to ensure that the person conducted an up-to-date real estate appraisal and not a simple market analysis.

§37-14-4a is new; therefore, strike-throughs and underscoring have been omitted.
